The BAG MONSTER CAMPAIGN against plastic bags
Self-appointed cosmetics grocer LUSH is the ultimate beauty delicatessen selling natural handmade cosmetics that smell like heaven – and it’s now available in Dubai!
A-listers love this brand and Ahlan reveals that Angelina Jolie buys Ocean Salt cleanser and scrub that Halle Berry is a self-confessed fan of Dream Cream body moisturiser; and that Kylie often stocks up on Buffy skin conditioner.
If you ever visit a LUSH store you’ll be amazed by their eco-ethics… Nothing is tested on animals and both packaging and preservatives are kept to a minimum – LUSH has always had a ‘no plastic carrier bags’ policy across every one of its 700 shops worldwide and they are putting great effort in creating awareness right her in the UAE.
The “BAG MONSTER CAMPAIGN” was launched today with great enthusiasm and all LUSH store visitors came to bring their bags: the first 60 people to come into the shop between 12 and 1pm today with their plastic bags got a Lush reusable cotton bag worth 25 dhs for free. The great news is also that all the plastic ‘monsters’ that were collected will be donated to RECYCLE for a Cause.
