This week´s recipe will really only take you 5 minutes to prepare and you will provide your kids with a delicious meal packed with vitamin C, Calcium and Omega-3 fatty acids.
Organic Ingredients (for 4 small sandwiches):
- 4 fresh strawberries
- 3 spf cream cheese
- Half a can of tuna (I particularly like tuna in olive oil)
- White or brown bread
- Cookie cutters
We will start by washing the strawberries really well. We will now process them with the cream cheese in a food processor or blender.
Now create some fun shapes with the bread using the cookie cutters. Put a small amount of tuna and some strawberry cream cheese on top. Enjoy!
