“Save The Butts – Waste to Value” helps connect students to the benefits of keeping a healthy, safe and clean city. Clean-ups are a great way to increase student interest in their local environment and achieve academic goals. Each school clean-up provides educators with the opportunity to inspire school administrators, faculty and students to affect positive change at their schools and, in turn, their communities.
This initiative is eligible to count towards different youth programs such as The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award and IB CAS (Creativity, Action, Service) Program.
