Our mission is to empower young people to become environmentally conscious leaders through action-driven programs that equip them to tackle these global issues in their schools, communities, and families. By fostering volunteerism and active engagement, we enable the next generation to become leaders in building the sustainable future we all aspire to achieve.
Youth Action Pillars
We empower youth with the knowledge and tools needed to tackle today’s environmental challenges. Through engaging workshops, educational campaigns, and interactive sessions, we raise awareness on topics like climate change, waste management, water conservation, sustainable living and more.
COP28
Goumbook hosted three booths at COP28 as part of the Ministry of Education pavilion, showcasing campaigns on environmental protection and climate action. We engaged with diverse stakeholders, promoting sustainability education and awareness among 122 schools and more than 50,000 visitors.
Sustainability Series
The Sustainability Series is a learner enrichment program designed to empower students with knowledge and skills in environmental stewardship. This engaging program offers workshops that can be tailored to fit the specific educational needs and interests of students, ensuring relevance and impact. With hands-on activities and interactive content, the series helps students explore critical sustainability topics, fostering awareness, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving. Sustainability Ambassador
Goumbook developed a comprehensive program where participants engage with experts and industry leaders, gaining first-hand insights into various career paths. They also explore emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities within their fields of interest, empowering them to make informed career decisions. Additionally, the program fosters networking opportunities, providing participants with valuable connections that could shape their professional journeys.
During the sessions, participants are encouraged to brainstorm practical sustainable ideas for their communities through a creative ideation process. The program culminates in a friendly competition where they pitch their sustainable product or service to a jury. This experience provides valuable insights on implementation and motivates them to promote sustainability within their communities.
