Goumbook’s MENA Regenerative Agriculture Initiative today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Values360Ventures, a venture capital advisory firm co-founded by Dr. Saad Ibrahim AlKhalaf and Dr. Asif Chowdhury. The agreement establishes a framework for collaboration in support of regenerative agriculture across the Middle East and North Africa region.
Under the terms of the MoU, the two organisations will work together to strengthen fundraising and investment readiness among ventures operating in the regenerative agriculture space. As part of the collaboration, Values360Ventures will contribute expert guidance to the MENA Regenerative Agriculture Venture Programme, supporting early-stage founders as they prepare to engage investors and scale their impact.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to accelerating the transition toward regenerative, nature-positive food systems in the region, connecting promising ventures with the financial expertise needed to grow.
